在dos下备份数据库的时候提示上面的错误信息

通过查资料知道，不需要登录mysql,只需要在命令行下切换到mysql\bin目录，使用备份命令mysqldump即可

还有一种情况是，备份时用的powershell，还原时用的cmd,也会出现这种情况情况，原因好像是因为两者的输出编码不同导致的，这时统一命令行软件即可
